It is well known that mixing contents inside your sealed drum eliminates the risks of spills and splashing of dangerous contents on workers during transfer, and greatly reduces clean-up, and the risk of contamination. Our YING-LIFT closed drum mixer can greatly help you to realize such effect.

This Angle bung entry mixer allows you to mount it directly to the 2” NPT bung on a 55 gallon drum lid or on any vessel. The folding props will slip through the bung opening and automatically open with centripetal force. The mixer will work both inside and center placed bung openings. With the heat treated aluminum housing you get both outstanding durability and lightweight portability. Each mixer comes standard with a 5/8” diameter 304SS shaft and 304SS set screw attached impellers. The needle valve controller will give you precise speed control on the no-lube air motor.

 
Main Feature

1. Angle bung entry mixer can be applied for mixing in closed drums;
2. Screw angle bracket into a 2” bung opening and fasten the set screw to the angle bracket after the mixer is placed into the drum;
3. Special designed stainless steel blade will fit easily;
4. Blades extend by centrifugal force when operating and retracts when stopped;
5. Blade type is decided by the mixing fluid;
6. Equipped with stainless steel screw base can be matched with 2 " drum or barrel;
7. Telescopic stirring paddle, folded OD 52mm, unfolded OD 250mm;
8. Stirring blade is stainless steel SUS304 # material, optional SUS316#;
