Single Stage Piston Hydraulic Cylinder Material Handler Equipment with Ergonomic Design Handle
General Description:
With the single stage piston hydraulic cylinder and ergonomic handle, our YING-LIFT 1000-1500kg capacity high scissor lift pallet truck is ergonomically designed to reduce back strain and injuries. Its safety control handle has the functions like Quick-lift, Lifting and Lowering. We produce two types of high pallet truck: scissor truck YLD5410B series is manual hydraulic type; scissor truck YLD5410C is electric powered pallet truck. They are mainly used to convey the goods form one working level to another.
Feature:
1. Adopts YING-LIFT Single stage piston hydraulic cylinder;
2. Apply to the workshop process flow, and also can be used as a working platform, when the forks height less than 300 mm, it acts as a pallet truck;
3. Safety device on the handle can prevent sudden drop due to an accidentally touch;
4. The reinforced, fully welded steel chassis is durable yet light;
5. The high strength cushioned steel loop handle has a cast iron control lever with lift, neutral, and lowering positions;
6. The neutral position eliminates premature wear on hydraulic components;
7. The handle automatically returns to vertical upon release;
8. Fork tip entry wheels give smooth, easy pallet entry when handling fragile loads and are protected by built-in skid plates for greater durability and longer life;
9. Conforms to EN 1757-4 standard;
